Titanium implant
Placing implants with bridge of crowns is the best way to replace missing teeth.

An implant is an artificial root (bolt) which is made up of a screw in the jaw-bone in order to replace a missing tooth. The implants are made of titan, biocompatible material, and no allergy was recorded whatsoever so far. Placing of the implant is realized in 2 steps.
- Placing of the implant: After this step, it is necessary to wait 3-4 months until the implant and the bone are connected together (bone integration). For this waiting period, a temporary prosthesis can be produced.
- Prosthetic stage: In order to accomplish the treatment, we put ceramic crowns or bridges of crowns on implants. There is a technic (called immediate loading) that allows to put crowns on implants during the same stage without heeling period. This option is available only if the bone is sufficient and strong enough.
Prosthesis Clicked on Implants
There is another option for patients who have no teeth and who are looking for the cheaper solution. We can produce a removable prosthesis which is clicked on the implants with the help of special attachments. This is a removable prosthesis but thanks to the special fixation on the implants it is very comfortable, steady and is fixed well in the mouth. In some cases when the bone level is not sufficient it is necessary to use the technique of bone graft.
